Tired of Turkey?

If you are looking for something different for you and your family this Thanksgiving, I'm offering this stuffed pork loin. It is stuffed with cream cheese, roasted red peppers and fresh baby spinach. It's well seasoned and wrapped in bacon. Yep! That's pork wrapped in pork, baby! Life doesn't get much better.

The loin will be fully prepared, but not cooked unless you specify otherwise. I will provide cooking instructions, but all you really have to do is put it in the oven. (A meat thermometer comes in handy though.)

It will feed 8 to 12 people depending on the size of the loin. The cost is based on the number of servings you order. It runs $6.25 per serving. And the servings are pretty large.

I have a very limited number of loins available to sell. You must place your order by this Friday, Nov. 19th, and it must be picked up by next Tuesday or Wednesday.
