Fall in Louisiana isn't always cool or chilly, but my new fall "To Go" meals will warm the hearts of everyone you deliver them to!

• Tomato Basil Soup with Cesar Salad & French Bread with Honey Butter - $ 35 (Feeds 4)
• Shrimp Etouffee with Rice & French Bread with Honey Butter - $45 (Feeds 4)
• Goat Cheese & Prosciutto Quiche with Spinach Madeline - $50 (Feeds 6)

I can easily accommodate additional servings. Just let me know when you place your order and add $5 per person to the cost of the meal.

What is UnCorked Cuisines?

UnCorked Cuisines is all about good food and fun times. I live by the words, Eat. Drink. Learn. Laugh. I love food. I rarely turn down a glass of wine. Learning new recipes is a favorite hobby. And not only is laughing with friends fun- but it's a great way to burn off the food we just endulged in!

“Cooking UnCorked” Parties
We all love the combination of food and friends, but how would you like to leave dinner with more than a full tummy? You invite 6 to 10 friends over to your home to learn how to create a meal and we'll provide a total sensory experience! You will learn more about ingredients through sight, taste and smell and how to better understand sometimes cryptic recipes.

Choose what meal you would like to learn to make from our menu options, and tell your friends bring their favorite wine or drink of choice. The party lasts for about 2 to 3 hours and everyone leaves with a better understanding and appreciation for food as well as ready–to–use recipes in hand. Your guest pay $35 per person. You pay nothing!


UnCorked Cuisines - To Go
Trying to be a thoughtful friend but don't have the time? Babies are always arriving and friends are sometimes under the weather. Choose a homemade meal including but not limited to a main dish and two sides. Prices start at $30 per meal. We'll package it cute. You just swing by to grab it and you're off to make someone's day!
