UnCorked Cuisines offers three different services. Below is a description of each.
“Cooking UnCorked” Parties:
We all love the combination of food and friends, but how would you like to leave dinner with more than a full tummy? You invite 6 to 10 friends over to your home to learn how to create a meal, and I'll provide a total sensory experience! You will learn more about ingredients through sight, taste and smell and how to better understand sometimes cryptic recipes.
You and I will plan a special menu for your party. Then, I work with Wine Country for a list of wine pairings specifically for your menu. I'll bring everything needed to make the meal. All you and your friends need to worry about is bringing the wine!
The party lasts for about 2 to 3 hours and everyone leaves with a better understanding and appreciation for food as well as ready–to–use recipes in hand. The cost is only $25 per person.
UnCorked Cuisines To Go:
Trying to be a thoughtful friend but don't have the time? Babies are always arriving and friends are sometimes under the weather. Choose from my list of homemade, ready-to-serve meals. Prices start at $35 per meal. I'll package it like a gift. You just swing by to grab it and you're off to make someone's day!
